We are beautifully diverse 5Rhythms dance community based in Newcastle (2 hours north of Sydney)

We come together twice a month to release, connect and heal.

Every BODY is welcome to join us!

We dance in a well ventilated hall with limited numbers and ample space.

Classes run on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of every month

10:30am - 12:30pm

$25/$20/$15 conc.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
