Dear souldancer,A warm welcome in this SUNDAY morning 5Rhythms dance from 11h00 - 13h00.
We dance two waves. In the first one I guide you through the qualities of each rhythm.
With the purpose to move easily and free.
Cause when we feel, we heal.
You are very welcome just as you are! Alone or with a friend, old or young, with dance experience or not. Your dance matters.
Let’s dance in respect with each other.
Bring: your water bottle and come in comfortable clothes.
