This class has changed from a weekly to a monthly gathering - It's an opportunity for the group who have dance together weekly to connect and practice together & an invitation for anyone to join us who might feel called to

LETS DANCE!

We are a very welcoming core group of mainly over 60's but any one of any age is welcome to join us. Usually we have people  of all ages from all walks of life drop in for an afternoon 5Rhythms session - some come occasionally & some are committed to regular monthly practice.

Every body can move! The rhythms club is a space for you to ‘dance like no one is watching’ It’s a supportive, judgement free space where you have the permission to move how you feel , in the comfort of your own home. To suport your health and well-being through gentle movement and uplifting tunes. Release, relax, shake off & lighten.

We use the 5Rhythms as a simple movement and rhythm practice designed to release the dancer that lives in each of us regardless of our age or physical ability. We move to great music with no steps or choreography to learn. No prior experience is needed as there is no one way to dance these rhythms - there is only your way.

Beginners are welcome!
