I fell in love with the 5 rhythms in 1998 and became a teacher 10 years later. My emphasis in my teaching is on the gentle approach to our bodies, emotions and our nervoussystem. To become the empowered being we were ment to be, living our dreams and riding the ups and downs of life with grace and trust.
