Marcia is a Certified Movement Analyst (CMA) and Developmental Movement Educator and founder of Inner Dancer – Creative Movement and Dance. She holds a professional certificate in Integrative Body Psychology (IBP) and has trained extensively in other movement therapy practices. She specializes in using movement to enhance early childhood development. She uses the tools of Laban Movement Analysis (LMA), the Bartenieff Fundamentals™, Body Mind Centering (BMC), Brain Compatible Dance Education and other somatic healing practices and expressive arts therapies in her private practice and groups. She has over 16 years of being inspired and informed by the practice of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms®.
