I found 5Rhythms® in 2012, a global community where, for the first time, I felt I could really be myself, dance freely and explore self-expression, without feeling judged.

Although I trained as an economist and work in sustainability, music and dance have always been my passion. Letting my hair down in the dance floor helped me to better process stress and other emotions. A good dance always made me feel happy and alive.

As I deepen my practice, I can see how the way I feel inside shapes what is happening outside in my world. My desire is to facilitate safe spaces where we can give permission to our true selves to shine without the need of anything other than good music, and in doing so, feel good about ourselves and transform our lives.

Whatever your age, background or identity, please come and experience the magic this practice and community have to offer. In surrendering to the dance, together, any challenge can be made into an opportunity to grow, thrive and find the real, powerful you.
