Dance as an embodiment practice has been my lifelong pathway home to myself and a deep sense of becoming and belonging. The dance floor is my church, my reverent place of prayer.

For over 20 years I have walked the path of dance as medicine, rooted in 5Rhythms. It is now an honour to share this profound practice and movement map with you as a teacher in training - mentored by Ajay Rajani and Nikki Ashley.

In the Wave of 5Rhythms I experience and witness the seen and the unseen, the known and mysterious, alive in the tapestry of our moving bodies. In this shared field of presence, something alchemical unfolds - each breath, each gesturing hand, every spiral and pause revealing threads in our collective unfolding story.

As a bodywork therapist and educator, I hold a deep respect for inclusion and safety, and this shapes the way I teach. My style is spacious and compassionate - an invitation into your own wild and tender authenticity.
