OPIS

The heart is like the body - it loves to move.

So long as everything is alive and moving there, we feel good - about ourselves, the people we spend time with, and life itself.

But when things get stuck, or held, or we just can’t find a way to be with them, then it all gets difficult, and uncomfortable, even painful.

The good news is we have the tools to find a way of bringing it all back into movement - the breath, the body, and the dance.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how the practice of the 5 Rhythms can give us the resources we need to listen to our hearts, to express all that we find there, to release whatever is ready to be let go, and to find more space inside for courage and love. As we begin to do that, we become less afraid, more open-hearted, and we learn to truly dance inside our hearts.
