A 5Rhythms® Heartbeat Workshop with Natalie Poole

In this weekend Heartbeat journey, we explore what it means to speak from the heart - through the body, through movement, and with words. Guided by the emotional landscapes of the 5Rhythms - Fear, Anger, Sadness, Joy, and Compassion - we’ll track the subtle and potent signals of sensation and feeling as they rise, fall, and transform.

Articulate invites us to transpose the raw data of our inner worlds - impulses, tensions, longings, tremors - into expressive movement and embodied language. From the seeds of sensation, we create meaning. We will work with the aliveness of the moment, allowing matter to become meaning, and motion to become metaphor.

Together we’ll practice articulating the body - shaping our movements with clarity and presence - while also refining how we give voice to our inner experience. This is an invitation to deepen both physical expression and spoken articulation, allowing gesture and language to emerge from the same living source.

Friday night: We’ll articulate our desire for intimacy and boundaries. We’ll explore our relationships with others on the dance floor, as a metaphor for our relationships out in the world.

Saturday (Women only): We’ll articulate our desires and our traps as we explore the story of the Red Shoes. (Light lunch and afternoon tea included).

Sunday: We’ll articulate from our body in the morning, and from Heart in the afternoon, and close with our ritual theatre.

(The whole weekend is only available to women, however, Friday night and Sunday are open to the public, and can be booked as single sessions).
