OPIS

 ​Samhain - the celtic fire festival celebrating the gateway to Winter. As the year dips into the dark, its time to gather the bright fruits of the final harvest & gaze into the embers of the fire. Our dance becomes a ritual in honour of our journey through the year, through the bright days of the summer, in honour of  those who came before and those who will follow and our community together.

In the 5Rhythms Spirit relates to breath, it is the mysterious 5th element that animates life.During this workshop we will take time to atune to ourselves, to each other and to the changing season. Together we will dance, create ceremony, share food and spend some time on the land.
