The first rhythm, Flowing always begin with whatever first step we take on the dance floor. The threshold in between what's before and what comes next is always just one breath away.
That first breath, that first step is a magical entrance into the flow, with our feet as the gateway. And once we step in, it is then a matter of becoming it. Of being it. How is it possible? How can I being the dance? How can I being the flow?

Breath, feet, embracing however our body is in the moment. Registering the uncomfortable, the inertia, the exuberance and the impatience without judgment and rationalization.

Accepting the inner message arising from whatever movement our body spontaneously offers to ourselves and to the moment. Inspired by the beat, responding to the energy of the space and connecting with others. Connecting with our moving center and feeling the weight of our body, the pull toward the deep mystery of the center of mother Earth. Enjoying the majestic fullness of it, the creative, nurturing and grounding quality of her energy, embracing her gentle and powerful motion and dancing through it all.

In this workshop we will step into all of this, and more. The creation will be a collective endeavor as we dance the continuous motion into the fullness of our being till we're being danced by the flow. Flowing. Together.
