What if we added the inspiration of the written word to the dance practice? This idea has been taking shape in my own practice and also in my classes and courses over the last few years. I love to dance. I love reading. I love writing. What if these two artistic and spiritual forms would touch and enhance each other? Come find out with me and the Spanish tribe in October! In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
