OPIS
Continuing the exploration of the masculine/feminine dance within us all, we delve into the polarity of shadow & light to discover the weave and patterns we embody. Our movements, shapes, forms, all tell the story of the habits we inhabit; the map of 5Rhythms helps us to navigate this territory and widen our perspective, encouraging active choice and clarity in a sometimes muddled world.We'll see how resistance manifests in our bodies, how we hold in, hold out, hold on; we'll explore letting in, letting out, letting go. Following the stories and wisdom in our bodies we'll rekindle connection to ourselves and each other; we'll step to our edges and lovingly explore where we can go from there.
No previous experience needed, only a desire to discover more of the 'be' in human being.
