In this day long workshop we will come together weaving our way through the Medicine of the Wave- Through the Ground and Fluidity of Flowing, the Focus & Direction of Staccato, the Release & Letting Go of Chaos, the Lightening up & Spaciousness of Lyrical, landing in the Being & Breath of Stillness. Revealing us to ourselves as each of these phases prepares & propels us for the next phase leaving us grounded & complete & ready for whatever Life has to offer us.
