Benefit: A New Year's 5 Rhythms Event with Sound Healing

Welcome the New Year with dance! Dance benefits us, and in turn, our world. When we move, we open ourselves to change and growth, which trickles out to our friends, families, and loved ones. This in turn benefits our community, our nation, and ultimately the world. The 5 Rhythms provides a map for us to grow and thrive. We hope you will join us!This evening will begin at 8 pm with a 5 Rhythms Waves workshop led by Debby Norton, certified 5 Rhythms teacher. It includes a partner massage session led by Beth Ann Bartley, massage therapist, and will conclude with a crystal bowl sound healing led by Aiia Criostiona. We will end our session at 1am.
Suggested donation is $45. Donations of more or less will be gratefully received. Proceeds will be donated to the HealCharlottesville fund.
