Beginnings. We began 2019, soon (-ish) we will begin spring…
In our lives we begin many journeys: a new day, a new job, a new relationship, a new chapter of your life…
In this one-day workshop, we will follow the 5Rhythms® Waves map as we explore:
Good Beginnings (not "good" vs. "bad", but rather...) how are we able to be present, letting go
of the past and future, and so bringing our whole, amazing selves to enter into the next present moment, the next chapter, the next adventure that life has for each of us!
Good Beginnings support Great Journeys...
Our intention through our journey together is for each of us to have an embodied experience
that will support a “good beginning” (or deepening) with the 5Rhythms practice ~~~ this "map to everywhere you want to go..." ~Gabrielle Roth, provides awareness, insight and new understanding to help put our best foot forward on all the "dance floors" of our lives!
