A day devoted to delving into the wisdom held in our bodies and re-membering our Selves. We'll use the maps of the 5Rhythms to guide us home through breath, body and beat, letting our stories move through us, allowing creativity to flow, connection to grow, and expression to move us in new ways.No previous experience is necessary, simply a curiosity to explore the wilderness between your head and your feet.
Please bring your willingness to move, a water bottle, some layers of clothes (we will move!), your sense of adventure and of humour.
There will be a short break in the afternoon so bring a snack.
Time: from1pm to 6pm
Fee: $80. Pre-registration is required.
