When you're paralysed …, crank up the volume and dance." – Gabrielle RothIn this one-day workshop taught by Accredited 5Rhythms® Waves teacher Paul, we will dive deeper into the rhythm of Chaos to find the creativity that moves within it. We will explore methods for becoming unstuck and for sparking creativity, and we'll make space to move all that arises. We’ll start with a warmup and dance two full 5Rhythms waves, with a lunch break and ample time between for sharing, reflecting, and practising what we've learned.
