OPIS

What would it be like to explore the paths our bodies have adapted to? What if we tried to direct our feet somewhere we don't know yet?

In this workshop, we will use dance and somatic techniques to discover the inner and outer paths of our bodies, listen to them, and move with them.

 We will focus especially on our feet, our breath, and the dialogue between them and our bodies. On the wave of 5Rhythms, we will explore how differently our feet can move in the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.

 Each rhythm inspires us differently in movement, gradually in all parts of our body. We let trust in our movement settle at our own pace, letting ourselves be guided by our feet, gently, playfully, intuitively, wildly...We will explore mainly through the movement of our feet what the wisdom of our body shows us, carried on a wave of music and free dance. Your dance is unique, no one else can dance it but you. We look forward to seeing you!
