OPIS

Autumn invites us to slow down. As the days grow shorter and nature begins to turn inward, we too are offered an opportunity to pause, listen, and reconnect with the rhythm that moves us from within.

During this three-day workshop we ill explore the symbol of the Circle through the practice of 5Rhythms® - as a connection to ourselves, a place of mting with others, and a reminder that we are part of nature's endless cycles.

Together we will dance through all five rhythms - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness - discovering how each one opens a different doorway into embodiment, creativity, presence and connection.

As summer comes to a close, we will celebrate its gifts, welcome the arrival of autumn, and step consciously into a new season.

Whether you are completely new to 5Rhythms or an experienced dancer, you are warmly welcome. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to move. Martina and Anže

The retreat will take place in Bled, a tourist gem of world proportions on the edge of Triglav National Park, which was nominated for the New Seven Wonders of the World. It is distinguished by its mild, healing climate and thermal springs of lake water. We will dance in a cozy warm hall with a wooden floor, which is reserved only for our group.

Open meeting will take place on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 18:30 till 21:00, registration will be possible from 18:00 on.

MARTINA & ANŽE: Martina and Anže are accredited active members of the international 5Rhythms Teacher Association (5RTA).

Martina has been dancing since 1997. She has been teaching 5Rhythms since 2014 at the Waves level and since 2022 at the Heartbeat level. She is a dancer, vocalist, and artist with a deep love for theatre. She is passionate about teaching, books, cats, and travel. The words of Gabrielle Roth, “I love your fire,” changed her life. Her teaching style is respectful and sensitive to the group body, while at the same time playful and full of joy. Participants in her workshops often report a sense of being held within a deeper process of healing on a social level.

Anže has been dancing 5Rhythms for over fourteen years and has been leading regular weekly classes in Ljubljana for eight consecutive years. In 2021, he completed the 5Rhythms teacher training at the Waves level. By profession, he is a social worker with a degree in Family Constellations. He is in love with football, mountains and travel.

Together with Martina, they are devoted explorers of the 5Rhythms and Family Constellation method and deeply in love with life.

For those on a path to become a 5Rhythms teacher, this workshop counts 3 days, Waves level.
