Eine Einladung zur kreativen Reise mit 5Rhythmen durch den Körper über das altbekannte Ich hinaus. Wir entdecken die Magie von Haltungen, ekstatische, bewegte Durchlässigkeit und Freude an Verwandlung.
Lebendige Präsenz ist die Basis für den Shapeshifter, für Verwandlungsreichtum in Bewegung. Wenn Körper und Vorstellungskraft verschmelzen, erwacht der Gestaltwandler, läd mit tiefem und weitem Atem zum Tanz. Geben wir uns dem Abenteuer hin, uns ganzheitlich gestalten zu lassen, so erfahren wir Leichtigkeit und Ausdehnung. Unserer Intuition wachsen Flügel. Der Shapeshifter ist ein beweglicher Verwandlungskünstler – befreit, spielerisch und formbewusst.
Jeder ist willkommen, aber 5Rhythmen-Erfahrung ist wünschenswert. Ich bringe neben der 5Rhythmen® Praxis, Übungen aus Schauspielarbeit und Erfahrungen aus der schamanischen Arbeit von Felicitas Goodman ein.

An invitation to a creative journey with 5Rhythms, through the body, beyond the mundane self. We´ll discover the magic of postures, ecstatic lucidity in motion and the joy of shapeshifting.
Shapeshifter needs alive presence in the whole body to present varied forms of motion. The fusion of imagination and embodiment, moving with deep and wide breath, brings forth his magic. We surrender to the adventure of being created to experience lightness of being and expansion. Our intuition is invited to grow wings. The shapeshifter is a supple motion artist – free, playful, still conscious of his forms.
