5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice, created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced around the world as a vehicle to enhance health and vitality and bring about real and lasting changes. It is an embodiment practice that ignites creativity, connection, and community. It is a simple process that anyone can do, yet facilitates deep and unending explorations, moving the dancer beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity and connection.The 5Rhythms danced in sequence, create an energy wave. When we let our bodies follow the rhythms, wave after wave, we reconnect with ourselves as constantly moving, changing energy forms. Anything that is stuck or what we are holding onto, finds expression, we release tension and find a sense of vitality and openness to new experiences.
Come and move in this simple practice. No previous experience necessary, just a willingness to move. 11.30am - 6pm Cost $80
