Queridos bailarines de Montevideo, Uruguay, en esta oportunidad nos adentraremos en el mapa de los 5 ritmos, practica de medicación y medicina en movimiento, creado por Gabrielle Roth mi maestra y chamarra Urbana.(1941 - 2012) Surfearemos la ola, zambulliendonos en cada ritmo: fluido, staccto, caos, lirico y quietud, de una manera simple y orgánica pero por sobre todo a consciencia, esta vez de nuestra madre tierra, la pachamama, nuestro sostén, sera en todo el taller, en nuestra respiración, en nuestra danza y en nuestra entrega."Danzar nos mueve el espiritu, y despierta el alma."
