Evenings 6.15-9.30
Dancing a rhythm a day: teaching in the mornings, sweats style in the evenings. This is a 5 day workshop, but single days/morning/evening sessions may be available.
5 days $360/$300 early bird (paid in full by Jan 14th)

The first 5 to book 5 days will receive a one to one session 1 hour - working on the embodiment of the rhythms, researching movements and actions for your intentions/goals, and/or a way of deepening your personal research and journey. Additional places are available $100 per session.
Bookings for single day, morning or evening will open in January if available
Single day $85
5Mornings/ 5Evenings $200 .
Single sessions $50 if available on the day

This is a fantastic opportunity to plunge into the rhythms, to work with the energy of the new year, to develop your dance, to move through your questions, to get fit, get strong, get focused, to break through your plateau, to get personal feedback, or to build up your hours/complete a 5 day workshop if you are on the dancing path. There are plenty of food places nearby and the Fitzroy Pool is also close and the perfect place to spend time resting during our siesta break.
