Erik writes 'Every interaction in our lives generates the opportunity to presence ourselves in the moment. This workshop promises to inspire to integrate the playful and pleasurable sense of developing body intelligence into the 5Rhythms and into daily life.' No previous experience of dancing 5Rhythms is necessary for this workshop, although it would be helpful to let Gavin Lee know if you are new to this movement mediation dance practice.

BILJEŠKE

Hebden Bridge is at the heart of the UK, set amidst the Pennine hills that stretch through most of northern England. Our centre is located in this artistic and creative town. Manchester International Airport is around 60 minutes drive away, Leeds/Bradford Airport is 45 minutes away. There is a good range of accommodation and opportunities for staying with some local dancers. The Birchcliffe Centre is a beautifully converted chapel, situated around 5 minutes walk from central Hebden Bridge.
