We tend to identify ourselves with the forms that our energy finds - feelings, qualities, and roles...
We get easily attached to being something, or someone.
And then the energy gets stuck, trapped in these specific forms.

How would it be to put our attention on the energy itself?
That's where the freedom lies!

Through the 5 Rhythms, we will explore the creative dance between energy and form. Working with our own energy body, and with the vast river of energy that is Life itself, we will practise the art of dissolving. We will dance ourselves free to become anything.. everything.. and nothing...
