Using the 5Rhythms medicine mandala of Gabrielle Roth ~ Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, & Stillness ~ a safe container will be created support you to explore and expand the magnificence of your unconfined expression into ecstatic emptiness.

This is a lovechild of Workshop meets Sweat Your Prayers. A tribal gathering to explore the embodiment of each individual Rhythm. The space will then be opened for your own deep creative expression.
