OPIS
💫Never underestimate the power of compassionately recognizing what is happening — within the body, within the heart, within this moment.💫
In this retreat, we invite awareness before analysis.
We practice noticing emotional reactions as they arise, learning to soften the grip of old storylines and return to what is actually here.
Through the language of the body and the practice of 5Rhythms — we explore another way of meeting life:
breathing experience into the heart,
moving with curiosity rather than certainty,
allowing the unknown to be a place of listening instead of fear.
Embrace the Unknown is an invitation to slow down, to trust the intelligence of the body, and to discover compassion as a living, moving practice.
Come as you are.
Leave with more space, more breath, and a deeper sense of belonging to yourself.
BILJEŠKE
This 5Rhythms dance workshop takes place at Lios Dana Lodge on the Dingle Peninsula, County Kerry, overlooking Inch Strand on Ireland’s south-west coast. Surrounded by Atlantic ocean, open land, and mountains, the location offers a powerful, elemental environment that naturally supports movement practice, particularly the Fire rhythm, spacious, grounded, and alive. Many people arrive feeling the land immediately, it invites presence, honesty, and full-bodied movement.
Accommodation at the lodge is simple, comfortable, and deeply restful, with a mix of private and shared rooms designed to support recovery and integration between sessions. The lodge sits along the Dingle Way, close to local villages, with Kerry Airport approximately 30 minutes away.
