Een weekend om onze eigen IK uit te nodigen. In de dans onderzoeken we wat we meekregen vanuit onze jeugd, opvoeding, ouders. Wanneer we opgroeien binnen een warme, liefdevolle bedding, met veilige grenzen, kunnen we in de pubertijd onszelf in relatie tot onze dromen, idealen en anderen volop onderzoeken.
Soms of vaak zijn we in patronen of rollen gestapt waardoor we juist onze eigen ik een beetje opzij zetten. Wat namen we aan, wat is van ons, wat is van een ander?
Dansen om te onderzoeken waar we nu tegenaan lopen en wat we kunnen doen of juist laten, om helemaal tot bloei te komen.
Om een beetje meer of helemaal te worden wie we in essentie willen zijn.
'En nu IK' nodigt je uit om twee dagen te dansen met jezelf. Tijd voor jezelf.
Jouw lichaam, jouw hart, jouw verlangens, jouw dromen, jouw zijn. * Ik! *
