Enter the Wild and shed a few layers, become your authentic self through movement, rhythm, dance & song. Play in the fields & forests, run free, climb trees, swim. Offering a choice of workshops in 5 Rhythms dance, Contact improvisation, movement meditation, drumming and voice. We will share music, fires, saunas & more.
