We all want and need to express ourselves fully in our lives. Sometimes this comes with ease and sometimes not. In this workshop we will explore the full physical and dynamic range available within the 5Rhythms Waves map. We’ll come to understand and see our own unique dance and that of others in a new light opening up further possibilities and ways of expression to take into our every day living.
