We will celebrate and honor Fall Equinox on Sept. 22nd. Fall Equinox is about having balance in your life and dance. It is when daytime and night time are of equal lengths. It is a time that brings on cool breezes and brings in fresh energy! 

In celebrating the Fall, we will move in awe and wonder of the 5 Elements: Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether! Earth grounds us, Fire warms us, Water cleanses and washes away negative energy, Air keeps things light and adds breath, Ether gives us spaciousness and vision! Moving through the 5 Elements in the body through the 5Rhythms helps us to feel the end of the heat in Summer and to bring in the cool breezes and fresh energy of Fall.

We will explore the Fall Equinox in the creative arts process during out time! Bring some found objects that represent Fall! Bring plenty of water to drink and a light snack!
