In this Heartbeat workshop, we will reignite our desires and dreamsWhile exploring and hopefully clearing all that may obscure or extinguish our passion.
As we get older and experience the wear and tear and disappointments that life so often feeds us, we may have lost some of our own commitment to the truth found in our heart-belly. Over the three days, we will lovingly work with what may hold us apart from our authentic source of power. We will source our courage to feel deeply, and act as if our life depended on it, because we know it does!

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
