OPIS
This workshop is a celebration of life. We give ourselves time to be and staz in a good place. We connect to the life energy in our bodies. We move with it, breathe into it, let it flow, express. We discover the creativity of the life force. Its artistic beauty.The physical aspect of our being, our body, is the container of our whole being, the foundation, the basis of our existence on earth. The positive effect of attention directed to this is reflected in every other aspect of our being. In the same way that the most important basis for the healthy growth of a tree is that it has enough water and nutrients in its soil to grow. Attention to our bodies is like watering a tree and fertilizing its soil. And when a plant is well cared for, it blooms and creates beauty. And if a person takes care of his body and takes pleasure in his movements, his soul will blossom.

In a picturesque village in Nógrád, 90 km from Budapest.
The location is a wonderful microcosm. You can wander among the restored farmhouses under shady trees. There is a lovely dining room with outdoor and indoor dining facilities, and a wonderful barn building where we’ll dance. Weather permitting, part of the workshop will be held in the courtyard on the grass. Those who were there last year all said they’d come again as soon as they could…
