"FLow in Love" with Lina Nahhas and Hiba Skaini

A heart-opening 3-hour journey combining Sacred Cacao ceremony, 5Rhythms Dance, Sattva Yoga and a Sound Bath. A journey to listen to our heart's whispers, re-ignite its passions, and from that sacred space put our individual intentions into motion.

5pm-8pm

Following the Cacao ceremony, we will warm up with Sattva Yoga practices (conscious breathing, mantra, movement), connecting us to our hearts and to one another, while also deepening the flow of Cacao in our system and allowing it to gently guide us into a beautiful heart opening.

From this sacred space we flow into a guided 5Rhythms Wave, to embody and set into creative motion our heart messages as well as to heighten our connection to ourselves, to the group and to mystery.

We will end with a brief handpan session, carrying us into a deep meditative state of relaxation.

BILJEŠKE

IMPORTANT:

* Please RSVP on Fb event page (link above), so we may have the right amount of Cacao for everybody.

* Please arrive 10-15 mins early to register and settle in

* Cacao is best ingested on an empty stomach OR with only light food had 3-4 hours ahead

* We will have extra boiled water and Agave for those who need the Cacao to be lighter in consistency or sweeter in taste.
