 5Rhythms® Day Workshop: Flowing Through the Rhythms 

Turning our focus inward, we nurture ourselves connected to the fertile mother earth. Exploring the shifting nature of the being and doing mind through movement we land in a place of fluidity, trusting our feet and breath to move us with connected fluidity. In this day-long workshop we explore the Rhythm of Flowing where we practice the art of grounding and moving with ease in all that arises in our lives. Dancing into the empty spaces both on the dance floor and in our lives.

About Christina: 
Christina is a Certified 5Rhythms® teacher and Psychotherapist who has worked with teaching Mindfulness and movement with children, teens and adults in both clinic and school-based systems to assist in alleviating depression, anxiety, and increase quality of life experience. She has spent many years studying 5Rhythms® while living in Europe and brings this flavor to her teachings in San Diego and Mexico. Life is a dance and when we bring Mindful awareness to embodied movement a pathway opens to discovery of our full potential. 5Rhythms® provides us with the map to navigate the internal terrain of our highest and most enlightened selves.
