5Rhythms is a dynamic dance and movement practice, open to all ages and levels of ability. There are no set steps to learn, instead we experience our own unique dance through the discipline of the 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.The rhythm of flowing is the root from which all other rhythms grow. In this day-long workshop we’ll explore how, by trusting the rhythm of flowing, we deepen our dance, and bring richness to our everyday lives.
This workshop is suitable for existing dancers longing to deepen their experience and understanding of the 5Rhythms, as well as newcomers seeking a more juicy and joyful experience of movement!
We start at 11am and finish at 5pm.
