5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement meditation practice ~ a simple and catalytic map for freeing our bodies, and opening our hearts. Practiced by tens of thousand worldwide, there are no steps to follow in this improvisational movement methodology - all we need to do is show up, tune in and move what is alive in us.
In this workshop we will immerse ourselves in the 5Rhythms - exploring the physical gateways of the practice that free the body, give us a broader palette of movement expression, and awaken us to the vibrant, dynamic pulse of life moving through us.
Together we will let the medicine of the Rhythms guide us to a deeper experience of
our own dancing freedom, supported by diverse musical maps of funky grooves, soulful
melodies, big thumping tribal beats, and meditative soundscapes. Come as you are,
come curious, come ready to sweat, release, and reSource. All movement experience is welcome.

At Big Heart, we welcome you to experience embodying your full creative self in a safe, supportive and playful environment.
A wide array of dance, yoga, music, and other healing arts modalities are shared through playshops and evening events.
Big Heart Dance Camp takes place at Unicamp, near Honeywood, Ontario. Beautiful hiking trails, forest, and a swimming pond invites you to take a dip.
Meals are eaten in community, lovingly and mindfully prepared by our kitchen team.
We invite you to join us in growing our creative, conscious community as we blossom into our 8th year!
