5 Rhythms is a simple, profound dynamic meditation. As easy and natural as walking or eating. We dance. There are no steps or routines, you can’t get it wrong. There’s no dogma, just the dance. Whatever you bring is perfect. It’s suitable for all. Bingo wings and six packs are equally welcome and equally able. Your inner raver will find itself just as at home as your inner Buddha. A chance for some me time. A chance to get back to yourself and to connect with others.A catalyst for healing.
Guerilla Rhythms is an unplanned journey into the maps of the 5 Rhythms. Nothing is prepared in advance. It is all about who comes on the day and the alchemy of what happens between us when we dance. Lovely venue, 5 minutes walk from the station. No need to book but let me know that you’re coming by e-mail or text so I can send you the practical info. Pay what you feel.
It is important that you commit to the whole event and arrive on time, dropping in and out randomly doesn't work.
