The 5Rhythms maps How Energy Moves

Flowing ~ Staccato ~ Chaos ~ Lyrical ~ Stillness

Each rhythm represents a gateway to a state of being & consciousness.

Each rhythm holds a mirror to a certain shadow aspect and each rhythm relates to all the other rhythms.

In my own life, I’ve learned that everything is energy and in the field of exchanging energies, there’s a great possibility for misunderstandings and unnecessary chaos.

In this workshop you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your home rhythm, how you embody it, and how it influences the lens through which you see the world. By embodying your home rhythm - and all of the rhythms - you’ll learn to recognize rhythms in others, meet people where they are, and respond with greater compassion and awareness.

This workshop will count as a 3 day waves level credit towards the 5RTT.
