These three simple words invoke so much power and will be our starting point as we explore Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms® Heartbeat map opening our emotional world and focusing on how each Rhythm corresponds to the essential emotions: Flowing/Fear, Staccato/Anger, Chaos/Sadness, Lyrical/Joy, and Stillness/Compassion.BILJEŠKE
The workshop starts 7pm Friday 7 April 2017 and ends 5pm Sunday 9 April 2017. The price is £135 or £110 if paid in full before 10 March. In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
