During this day we are dancing and paying attention to how the breath moves through the 5Rhythms.

Moving through the 5Rhythms map Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, we reconnect with our breath and our essence, in the present moment.

Moving with and through the breath, with grounded feet in motion and in contact with our moving center located just below our navel. Connecting consciousness and breath through body, heart, mind and soul. With music and without music (with the breath as our music)
