OPIS

Through movement, meditation, somatic practices, and creative expression, we journey toward a deeper understanding of our inner world.

Intimacy is a skill.

By practicing intimate expression we are opening ourselves for deeper connection with ourselves, learning self-care and creating a supportive space of loving awareness.

‘Bodily felt sensations are vital informations.'
