Pure pleasure. The five senses in open, blossoming, receptive mode—the experience of a heart, and spirit fully alive and embodied. It’s the incredible hum within your physical being that makes you feel so vital and awake. It’s the feeling of being so completely in the flow of your life, so absolutely present, that all just magically opens to you.Indulgence is about moving with the energy of change, rather than letting it drag us down. It’s about tending and pampering the body, heart and spirit by releasing our minds into trust and the flowing state. We will know the sweet surrender of just saying “Yes”, and letting go of resistance. We will remember the precious space of coming home to ourselves. Through the 5Rhythms® movement meditation we will explore the most delicious vibration of our essential being, learning in our bodies what it means to thrive on being alive.
Led by 5Rhythms Accredited & international teacher Visudha de los Santos from Taos, NM, this weekend 5Rhythms WAVES danceshop will offer a reprieve from ordinary life, and shift your attention inwardly. Visudha, a mother, grandmother, and sage is known for her extraordinary presence, her ability to walk in many worlds at once, and her graceful spirit - all which will help you to shine your light!
