When we soften into rhythm and movement, the veils of our awareness melt. Inspired truth births into our dancing bodies as we release emotional stories that have held us back. Emotion with nowhere to go can be destructive. However when we dance, channeled emotion turns into inspired creativity. Opening to this authenticity reveals truth that can guide our lives and re-inform our cells with the resonance of empowered inspiration.

Your inner muse will move you throughout this weekend movement meditation workshop.
