We know when something feels right
And when it doesn’t

Something in our body and in our being
Like a spiritual compass
Aligns with a sense of how things need to be

And sometimes that pure intuition gets muddied
By compromise, or a failure of courage
Our fears and our desires

When it’s present, we feel clean and clear
One with our own inner wholeness
And with some deeper sense of truth

As we dance this weekend
Let’s find and nourish this ability to rest into rightness
And allow ourselves to move from there
With honesty, clarity, and integrity
