Intimacy is only possible when we calm our mind, open our heart and fully accept who we are in any given moment (or at any present moment). Intimacy – with ourselves, with the other, with the world- begins from inside. During this workshop we will be using the map of the 5Rhythms to remind ourselves of the natural state of intimacy in the body.BILJEŠKE
