OPIS
This workshop explores our ascent to chaos - the peak of the 5Rhythms wave.The 5Rhythms is a catalytic movement practice drawn from the ebb and flow of nature’s rhythms. The rhythms offer us a map to navigate the heights (and depths) of the creative process, whether in our dance or other creative forms. In this workshop we’ll practice using the tools that help take us higher, in order to celebrate that sweet summit vista.
