A 5Rhythms® & Somatic Movement 5 day Immersion with Francis & Blanche in Hebden BridgeAs we deepen into the Spring, we will take this time to let our hearts connect with our natural & consistent love of freedom & let the transformational energy of liberation inspire our dances & our meditations.
5 Rhythms dance, Somatic Movement and Meditation will be our practices, and our bodies will guide the way as we learn to listen deeply and allow our unique expressions of freedom to emerge.
Witnessed by the raw and beautiful nature surrounding us, we will embrace the sweetness that the season offers us, reawakening our bodies to the exquisite art of resourceful movement to inspiring music in wonderful company.

• Venue: A private woodland residence in Hebden Bridge, UK
• Cost: £450 residential, £395 non residential
• 16 places only so early booking recommended
• Breakfast and supper included in the residential price. Lunch will be self catered (there are shops and cafes nearby & cooking facilities available)
• Hot tub, sauna, outdoor fire, walks in the forest, 5Rhythms dance, somatic movement, ceremony, visioning, and more.
• The venue is 15 mins walk from Hebden Bridge town centre & train station. Parking available at the venue.
