10th annual dance & soak in hot springs!This is a Heartbeat workshop open to all levels and experience.
With the healing waters of Lava Hot Springs to soak in between sessions, we gather to shed as gracefully as autumn leaves.
When the world is seemingly so chaotic, it may feel awkward to feel and express joy. What if allowing more joy was the biggest act of resistance to negativity? Not the social media inauthentic hype but a true sense of expansion and love grounded in our embodied experience. Risk to fall in greater love with your quirks, your vulnerabilities, your strengths, your creativity and playfulness.
In this 5Rhythms Heartbeat workshop, we embrace all of our emotions and explore how there might actually be delight in feeling more alive, with all it’s colors. Rather than resist our truth, we lean in and befriend what is.
Through a playful investigation, we lovingly expand our capacity to shine our lights.

GETTING HERE:
Closest large airport is Salt Lake City, UT. It’s a 2.5 hour drive from there. Accommodation is up each individual with many hotels in town having their own hot springs available for guests. Ride shares are also possible as you won’t need a car once in town.
Most people stay Sunday night after the workshop to enjoy another deep soak! Shared housing with kitchen available. Please contact Heeraa for details. Accommodation is up to each individual. Lava is a wee town and everything is in walking distance. Many stay at The Lava Hotel & Spa that has it’s own hot springs pool. I have rented a large house on that property with a large kitchen and close to the pools. A variety of pricing. Contact me for details.
